Christmas time!

Yikes, I've done no Christmas posts and Christmas is 6 days away!!!

I'm listening to Pandora Christmas music (right now it's the Carpenter's-love them!) and enjoying the Christmas lights on my mantel and on my tree. I LOVE Christmas time! It always goes so fast but it's fun while it's here! The weekend after Thanksgiving we went to get our tree! Can I just say how thankful I am to live in a state where there are a plethora of trees and for cheap!!! It only cost us $15-can't beat that! And we took along my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and my sister for some extra fun! The kids also really were into it this year; except Lily kept asking for food! Oh well!

And last week, Lily was in the Pee Wee choir at church! This was her second year being a part of it and she loved it and did great! She for sure was more shy on stage but in her defense there were a TON of people in the audience!

I love having her a part of the choir and she loves it too! Next year Jameson gets to be a part of it!!! WHAT?! Is that crazy to anyone else? Cause it is to me! He wanted to sing so bad with the kids this year and he was practicing with them and everything! Too cute!

Family Photos 2011

Our family finally got some updated pictures of all of us! I'm thrilled with how they turned out! We were playing a risky little game with the weather with having outdoor pictures in November, but it turned out to be great! It was a bit cold and dewy (which is why my hair looks nasty! Oh well) but they still turned out great-at least I think they did :)

Belated Birthday Wishes

Oops. AJ's birthday was 1 1/2 weeks ago. So, thought I'd wish him a belated birthday on here. Better late than never right?!!!!

Jameson is 2!!!!

I can't believe my sweet, red headed boy is two years old! His birthday was 11/11/11 this year-that was kinda fun! To celebrate him (and AJ's upcoming birthday-their birthdays are a week apart) we had lots of family over for a lasagna feed and presents and cupcakes! Jameson is really into Elmo right now, so we made it an Elmo party! Poor AJ didn't get his choice on what kind of party he wanted :)

Just a little snapshot of the big party we had! There were 21 people in my tiny house including my kids and Andrea's new baby. Crazy! But, we all fit and had a great time!!

 Elmo cupcakes! Can I just tell you how much I LOVE Pinterest?! That's where I got the idea for the elmo cupcakes as well as the Elmo veggie tray. My sweet friend, Suzanne, came over and helped with the frosting-that lady is an amazing baker! Anyway, I was thrilled with how well they turned out! Lily also had fun helping me put Elmo's face together :)
